Amended Minor Subdivision Approval

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking amended minor subdivision approval and a design waiver associated with a proposed curb cut in order to revise the previously approved subdivision plans. The subdivision results in three lots, where two lots exist, for the construction of two duplexes and one single-family dwelling. The property is located in the R-2 zone. The application was heard by the North Wildwood Planning Board on August 10, 2022.
