‘C’ Variance – Distance Between Pool and Dwelling – North Wildwood

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to install an in-ground swimming pool in the rear yard of the existing single-family dwelling. Variance relief was granted for the minimum required distance between an accessory structure (pool) and principal structure (dwelling) and maximum permitted lot coverage. The application was heard on July 14, 2021, by the North Wildwood Planning Board.
