Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling with an in-ground swimming pool in the R-2 zone in Sea Isle City. Variances were granted for building on a lot less than 3,500 square feet in size, lot area, lot width, lot depth, total side yard setback, distance between the dwelling and pool, rear yard setback to the pool, rear yard setback to the patio, and green space buffers in the rear and side yards. The application was heard and approved by the Sea Isle City Zoning Board on September 7, 2022.
