Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct an addition and make various alterations and improvements to an existing duplex dwelling. The property is located in the R-2 zone. The application was heard by the Sea Isle City Zoning Board on September 7, 2022.
