Richard King, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct an in-ground swimming pool and surrounding patio at an existing single-family dwelling in the CD (Coastal Development) zoning district in Middle Township. Variance relief was granted for maximum permitted building coverage and minimum required distance between accessory and principal structures. The application was heard and approved by the Middle Township Zoning Board on May 12, 2022.
