‘C’ Variances for Front Yard Setback, Lot Grading and Finished Floor Elevation : Alterations and Addition to Existing Single-Family Dwelling

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to conduct a partial demolition and make renovations and alterations to an existing single-family dwelling, which included the construction of a two-story addition, raising the existing deck and pier, relocating an existing fence and gate, expanding an existing paver driveway with new concrete and adding two new off-street parking spaces at a property located in the Residential-A zone in Stone Harbor.  Variances were granted for front yard setback, average lot grade and finished floor elevation. The application was heard and approved by the Stone Harbor Zoning Board on April 4, 2022.
