Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to make certain alterations and additions to an existing single-family dwelling at a property located in the Residential-B zoning district, which included the installation of a private swimming pool. The applicant received variance relief for lot area, lot frontage, lot width, side yard setbacks, setback to the proposed addition, building coverage and number of parking spaces. The application was heard and approved by the Stone Harbor Zoning Board on February 6, 2023.
