Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct a second curb cut, which is an oversized double cut, and a second driveway at a beachfront property located in the Residential-A zone of Stone Harbor. ‘C’ variances for lot coverage (impervious), lot coverage (with semi-pervious), width of curb cut, and number and location of curb cuts were granted. The application was heard and approved by the Stone Harbor Zoning Board on June 6, 2023.
