‘C’ Variances for Lot Width and Rear Yard Setback : Partial Demolition and New Addition to Single-Family Dwelling

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to conduct a partial demolition and build an addition to an existing single-family dwelling in the R-10 zone of Linwood. Variances were granted for lot width and rear yard setback.  The application was heard and approved by the Linwood Planning Board on July 17, 2023.
