Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to conduct alterations to an existing single-family dwelling which alterations consisted of the expansion of the first floor, a second floor addition, new front and rear porches and a new garage. Variance relief was granted for nonconforming structure on a nonconforming lot, lot size, lot width, building setback, side yard setback and rear yard setback. The application was heard on January 23, 2020, by the City of Cape May Zoning Board.
