‘C’ Variances – Setbacks, Height of Masonry Wall, Fence Height – Sea Isle City

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to increase the height of the building, construct a second floor deck, modify an existing deck line, alter the existing outdoor shower, add new landscaping, install new pavers and resurface and cap an existing masonry wall. Variance relief was granted for front yard setback, rear yard setback to accessory structure, height of masonry wall, and height of fence.  The application was heard on November 7, 2016, by the Sea Isle City Zoning Board.
