‘C’ Variances – Undersized Lot, Setbacks – Wildwood Crest

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to raise the existing single- family dwelling and construct an addition to the existing structure. Variance relief was granted for lot area, lot frontage, lot width, front yard setback, side yard setback, rear yard setback for an accessory building, side yard setback for an accessory building, and relief to allow the addition to the structure which is on an undersized lot. The application was heard on July 17, 2018, at the Wildwood Crest Zoning Board meeting.
