C(1) and C(2) Variances – Cape May

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to demolish an existing one-and-a-half-story single-family dwelling with accessory detached garage and off-street parking for two vehicles within the driveway and garage and construct a new two-story single-family dwelling with the existing garage and driveway to remain. Variances were granted for lot size, lot width, lot frontage, rear yard setback to the accessory detached garage and side yard setback to the accessory detached garage. The application was heard on December 8, 2016, by the City of Cape May Zoning Board.
