C(1) Hardship and C(2) Flexible/Bulk Variances – Sea Isle City

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to conduct alterations to an existing two-unit condominium which included the expansion of a deck at the front of the building, construction of a new storage shed in the rear, new platform for an air conditioner condenser in the rear, new balcony in the existing location in the rear, and a new exterior shower on side of the building. Variance relief was granted for building on a non-buildable lot, lot area, lot width, and lot depth, which were all pre-existing nonconformities and front yard setback, side yard setback (each), side yard setback (total), rear yard setback, accessory structure setback and parking space size. The application was heard on March 4, 2019, by the Sea Isle City Zoning Board.
