C(1) Variance – Front Yard Setback – Wildwood Crest

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to allow a 2-foot encroachment into the front yard setback for the purpose of adding a bay window to the proposed dwelling at the vacant lot.
