C(2) Variances – Cape May

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval to demolish an existing front porch and construct new front and side porches, eliminate a driveway, add new pavers, patios and walkways and construct an arbor to accommodate a golf cart. Variance relief was granted for front yard setback and side yard setback. The application was heard at the March 2016 Cape May Zoning Board meeting.
