Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to allow a proposed elevator shaft. Variance relief for front yard setback, rear yard setback, side yard setback to an HVAC unit, building coverage, deck and porch coverage, and side yard setback on one side were granted.
