D(1) Use Variance and ‘C’ Variance for Parking : New Duplex Appearing as a Single-Family Dwelling

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct a single-family semi-detached (duplex) dwelling appearing as a single-family dwelling to replace a previously existing 4-unit dwelling in the R-1 zone of North Wildwood. A D(1) use variance, ‘C’ variance relief for number of off-street parking spaces, and a design waiver for continuous raised curb were granted. The application was heard and approved by the North Wildwood Planning Board on September 13, 2023.
