D(1) Use Variance, ‘C’ Variances and Waivers – Wildwood

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to operate a retail business engaged in the rental and sale of electric bicycles and golf carts in the R-1 zone of Wildwood. A D(1) use variance to permit a commercial use in a residential zone and to permit two principal uses on one site, variances  for front yard setback, building coverage, lot coverage, and waivers for preliminary and final site plan approval and off-street parking were granted. This application was heard on October 5, 2020, by the Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board.
