D(1) Use Variance, D(6) Height Variance and ‘C’ Variances : Reconfigure Two Principal Dwellings on One Lot

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking a D(1) use variance in order to permit two principal structures (dwellings) on site, a D(6) height variance and ‘C’ variances for front yard setback, distance from property line to garage, lot area, lot frontage, lot width, rear yard setback, side yard setback, and design waiver for continuous raised curb, in order to renovate one existing dwelling and demolish and reconstruct the other dwelling at the property, which would reduce the number of units on site from four units to two units. The property is located in the R-1.5 zone. The application was heard and approved by the North Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board on July 13, 2022.
