D(2) Expansion of Nonconforming Use and ‘C’ Variances – North Wildwood

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval to add an additional stairway with an outdoor handicap stairlift seat to an existing multi-unit condominium complex. A D(2) use variance for the expansion of the nonconforming use together with variances for front yard setback and side yard setback were granted. The application was heard on January 13, 2016, by the North Wildwood Planning Board.
