D(2) Use Variance and ‘C’ Variances – Front Yard Setbacks on a Corner Lot, Side Yard Setback – North Wildwood

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to renovate an existing nonconforming duplex on a corner lot. A D(2) use variance for the expansion of the nonconforming use along with variances for front yard setback on two fronts and side yard setback were granted.
