D(2) Use Variance and ‘C’ Variances – Wildwood Crest

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to expand a pre-existing nonconforming use by replacing and expanding the front decks at the property. A D(2) use variance for the expansion of a nonconforming use and ‘C’ variance relief for lot area, lot width, lot frontage and side yard setback were granted. The application was heard on April 9, 2019, by the Wildwood Crest Zoning Board.
