D(5) Density Variance and ‘C’ Variances : New Stacked Duplex Dwelling at Undersized Corner Lot

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct a two-family stacked duplex dwelling on a vacant undersized corner lot at a property located in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) zone. A D(5) density variance, together with ‘C’ variances for lot area, lot width, lot frontage, lot depth, front yard setback on both street frontages and side yard setback were granted. The application was heard and approved by the Wildwood Zoning/Planning Board on March 6, 2023.
