Jeffrey P. A D(5) density variance, D(6) height variance, and ‘C’ variances for lot area, lot width, lot frontage, lot depth, side yard setback and rear yard setback were granted. The application was heard and approved by the Wildwood Zoning/Planning Board on March 6, 2023.
