D(6) Height Variance and ‘C’ Variances : New Duplex to Replace Three Residential Units

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to demolish two residential structures containing a total of three residential units existing on one undersized lot and replace the structures with one duplex dwelling in the R-2 zone of North Wildwood. A D(6) height variance, ‘C’ variances for lot area, lot frontage, lot width, and side yard setback, and a design waiver for continuous raised curb were granted. The application was heard and approved by the North Wildwood Planning Board on September 13, 2023.
