D(6) Height Variance, ‘C’ Variances (Lot Area, Lot Frontage, Lot Width), Waiver (Curb) – North Wildwood

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a three-story single-family dwelling.  ‘C’ variance relief was granted for lot area, lot frontage and lot width, along with a D(6) height variance and waiver for continuous raised curb. The application was heard on August 14, 2019, at the North Wildwood Planning Board meeting.
