Final Major Site Plan Approval and ‘C’ Variances : New Hotel and Valet Parking

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking final major site plan approval in order to complete the construction of a year-round hotel and off-site valet parking lot at a property located in the T/E (Tourist Entertainment) zone and Downtown Center subzone of the Pacific Avenue Redevelopment Zone. Final major site plan approval along with variances for front yard setback on three street frontages, rear yard setback, total number of signs, number of signs per wall, distance between accessory and principal structures, lot coverage at both lots and stacked parking were granted. The application was heard and approved by the Wildwood Zoning/Planning Board on March 6, 2023.
