Major Site Plan Approval, ‘C’ Variances for Side Yard Setback, Rear Yard Setback and Waiver for Contiguous Raised Curb : 5-Unit Multifamily Dwelling in Redevelopment Zone

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct a 5-unit multi-family dwelling in the neighborhood renewal section of the Pacific Avenue Redevelopment Zone (PARZ) of Wildwood. Preliminary and final major site plan approval, ‘C’ variances for side yard and rear yard setbacks, and a waiver for contiguous raised curb were granted. The application was heard and approved by the Wildwood Zoning/Planning Board on July 3, 2023.
