Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking approval in order to construct a mixed-use building containing three ground floor commercial units with three residential units above at a vacant lot in the B-1 zone of Wildwood Crest. Preliminary and final major site plan approval, a D(3) conditional use variance, ‘C’ variances for building coverage, building height and number of stories, and waivers in connection with providing a community impact statement, traffic study, scale model of the proposed development, environmental impact statement, and plans at the required scale, were granted. The application was heard and approved by the Wildwood Crest Planning Board on September 6, 2023.
