Jeffrey P. Preliminary and final site plan approval, a D(1) use variance, ‘C’ variances for front yard setback, side yard setback, rear yard setback and waivers for off-street parking and the need to submit a traffic study and environmental impact study were granted. The application was heard on October 5, 2020, by the Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board.
