Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking minor subdivision approval in order to realign the existing lot line to create two newly sized lots, together with a D(5) density variance and ‘C’ variances for lot depth, front yard setback, lot area, rear yard setback to accessory structure, accessory structure footprint and distance between buildings, in order to subdivide the property for the future development of a single-family semi-detached (duplex) dwelling on one of the new lots. The property is located in the R-2 zone. The application was heard by the Wildwood Zoning/Planning Board on September 12, 2022.
