As an attorney, Jeffrey is a well-known name in the southern New Jersey area. Jeffrey is uniquely qualified to advise his clients on transactions, litigation, development and estate planning and administration. His practice is split evenly between Real Estate Law, Condominium Law, Land Use Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Probate and Business Entities. Jeffrey is able to counsel his clients on the vast majority of the issues they face, whether it involves appearing at the courthouse, negotiating contracts, coordinating closings, obtaining local and state approvals, and more.
Outside of the office, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons as well as playing squash. Jeffrey also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ocean City Arts Center.

Having served as the Solicitor for Zoning and Planning Boards in Cape May County and representing over 200 applicants before South Jersey Land Use Boards, Jeffrey is versed in local zoning and land-use regulations as well as New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. Jeffrey is knowledgeable and practiced in Land Use on the Local, County and State level.
