Robert A. Loefflad

Attorney

We are thrilled to welcome Robert Loefflad to our team! Bob has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey for over 25 years and focuses his practice on family law and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining the firm of KingBarnes, Bob worked for a Somers Point Law Firm from 1996 to 2012, and Ford, Flower, Hasbrouck & Loefflad from 2012 to 2023. Bob graduated from Villanova University and Villanova University School of Law. While attending law school, he served as an editor of student works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and published an article concerning the remediation of toxic waste sites in the 1996 edition of the journal. Bob was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1996 and immediately established himself as a knowledgeable and respected attorney in the South Jersey area. During the early part of his career, Bob worked for a general practice firm and was exposed to a wide variety of legal practice areas. As his career progressed, he decided to concentrate his practice on family law matters, including divorces, child custody disputes, domestic violence proceedings, partitions, adoptions, and name changes; and bankruptcy proceedings, including cases under Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Bob was born and raised in Somers Point and currently resides in Linwood, New Jersey. He served on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic/Cape May Counties Chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters from 2007 until 2022, and the executive board of the Vincent C. Haneman Inns of Court from 2000 to 2020. Bob served as an attorney coach volunteer for the Oakcrest High School mock trial team from 2000 to 2010 and participated in the Ventnor City Recreational Volleyball League for over 20 years. We are so happy he is a part of our team!
