Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval, D(3) Conditional Use Variance, Parking Variance – Avalon

Jeffrey P. Barnes, Esquire, represented an applicant seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval in order to construct an addition to an existing hotel for the purpose of relocating a gift shop and converting the previous gift shop into offices. Site plan approval together with a D(3) conditional use variance and a parking variance were granted. The application was heard on November 20, 2007, at a special meeting of the Avalon Planning/Zoning Board.
